Omnichannel Orchestration Drove Record Performance

Brands using Attentive’s coordinated omnichannel tools saw strong gains in customer engagement and purchasing behavior.

  • Record performance across channels, with 5.7 billion messages sent, marking Attentive’s highest volume and strongest results for SMS, email, and push combined.
  • Revenue per brand grew sharply year-over-year, increasing 42% on SMS and 29% on email with SMS remaining as the highest growth channel for brands.
  • Email saw a 4.7% increase in click-through rate and a 17% decrease in opt-out rate year-over-year.
