Marie brings nearly nine years of executive search experience from Lancor, where she led CFO and other finance leader searches across a wide range of SaaS and tech-enabled services companies.

Prior to her career in executive search, Marie began her professional journey as an auditor, establishing a strong finance operations foundation that informs her strategic approach to financial leadership assessment today. Her finance background began with an undergraduate degree in accounting followed by an MBA in Finance from the University of Nevada.
