Practifi Introduces Practifi Intelligence, Bringing AI-Powered Capabilities Directly Into Its CRM

Practifi’s AI-first framework brings connected intelligence across its established CRM, helping advisory teams enhance workflows without new systems or extra vendors

Practifi today introduced Practifi Intelligence, a suite of AI-powered capabilities built directly into its CRM to support advisory teams with continuous, wealth-focused intelligence. Available for clients to add to their Practifi Platform beginning today, Practifi Intelligence delivers smart conversation summaries, automated workflows, and intelligent follow-up generation inside familiar workflows. It strengthens how teams work without forcing them to adopt new vendors, replace systems, or manage the disruption tied to major technology changes.

Unlike tools that add isolated AI features onto existing software or require firms to adopt stand-alone systems, Practifi Intelligence applies an AI-first framework across an already powerful CRM that some of the nation’s top advisory teams rely on every day. The result is an experience that pervades the entire platform, giving firms AI-driven capabilities that function like an always-available layer of support while preserving the stability of their current tech stack.

Practifi Intelligence includes three complementary sets of capabilities: Relationship Intelligence, Meeting Intelligence, and Admin Intelligence, each designed to support a different part of the advisor workflow while operating in the same connected environment.

Relationship Intelligence provides tools that help teams maintain stronger client relationships through structured meeting preparation, smarter follow-ups, and more organized relationship data. Features include Follow-up Assistant, which turns notes into clear tasks and processes, and Smart Notes, which allows advisors and staff to create meeting documentation using client data and AI-generated content blocks. Future enhancements include tools that give advisors quick access to relevant client data in a single click and an organized library of relationship data.

Meeting Intelligence offers a native AI Notetaker, which automatically captures transcripts and summaries from major video conferencing platforms. This helps teams reduce manual documentation time and maintain accurate records to support compliance and client service.

Admin Intelligence includes the Smart Process Builder, which converts written descriptions of business processes into detailed workflows and visual documents. The capability helps firms shorten the cycle between designing processes and putting them into production, with templates and best-practice options to promote consistency.
