Recognition highlights Indiana’s AI-powered workforce engine, Pivot, that's driving measurable economic mobility

These outcomes contribute to Indiana's strong economic indicators, including an unemployment rate of 3.6% and labor force participation of 63.7%, outperforming national averages (4.2% and 62.2%, respectively). While multiple factors drive these results, innovative workforce tools like Pivot are part of why Indiana has risen into CNBC's Top 10 states for business in 2025.
Pivot has already earned national accolades, including recognition in 2025 as a State IT Innovation of the Year from StateScoop.
