The awards recognize exceptional Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Enterprise-Wide ERGs & Diversity Councils, and notable individuals for their outstanding contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their organizations. The Diversity Impact Awards serve to elevate the importance of ERGs and their strategic contributions to business outcomes.
