Michael brings more than two decades of experience guiding executive teams, boards and HR organizations on talent strategies, human capital analytics, and transformative HR models that drive enterprise and asset value. He also held senior HR leadership roles at Wolter's Kluwer, Harcourt Education, and Columbia House, and was a senior consultant at Accenture.
