BALDWIN COUNTY, AL / ACCESS Newswire / September 22, 2026 / Baldwin REALTORS® announced that floor plans will be required on every residential listing starting in early 2027, making it the third MLS in the country to adopt such a requirement, following New Mexico MLS and Momentum MLS (formerly WARDEX). The goal is simple: give buyers better information about the homes they are considering. Photos show what a home looks like, but a floor plan shows how it actually works - how rooms connect, where they are located, and whether the layout fits a buyer's needs.
