International Green Industry Hall of Fame to Name Three Inductees in 2023 Virtual Ceremony

The International Green Industry Hall of Fame (IGIHOF) has announced that it will celebrate three new inductees as part of its 2023 Induction Ceremony to be held on Wednesday, October 25th at 9:00am Pacific Time. The event will be presented in person at the St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, California and will also be streamed live. Admission is free.

The goal of IGIHOF is to promote excellence in ecological sustainability worldwide. IGIHOF’s mission is to recognize individuals and organizations for outstanding achievements in the green industry.

The in-person and live streaming event will include messages from representatives for each of the inductees as well as a keynote presentation by Richard Hatfield, CEO of Lightning Motorcycles. Elisa Marquez, District 2 Supervisor and Chair of East Bay Community Energy, will provide opening remarks. There will also be a panel discussion featuring Jeff Krump (City of Hayward), Rachel Balslay (StopWaste/Alameda County), and Evan Edgar (California Compost Coalition).

The event will be emceed by IGIHOF founder Sam Geil at St. Rose Hospital, 27200 Calaroga Avenue, Hayward, CA.

This year’s inductees include:
