Mark Hodgkinson elevated to Chief Technology Officer; Steven Dallimore appointed Head of Information Security & Compliance

Mark Hodgkinson has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer, and Steven Dallimore has been appointed Head of Information Security & Compliance. Hodgkinson to Lead Technology Strategy

Based in the United Kingdom, Hodgkinson has served as Director of Engineering at Tracker since August 2024, where he led the technical vision and development initiatives that have strengthened the platform's capabilities. In his expanded role as CTO, he will oversee the company's entire technology strategy, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

Hodgkinson brings three decades of expertise delivering software solutions across the recruitment, payroll, HR, healthcare, and technology industries. His career includes senior engineering leadership roles where he managed multiple engineering and QA teams across web, mobile, and core applications. He has built and delivered solutions for organizations ranging from startups to enterprises with billions in revenue and 10,000+ users.

A specialist in .NET technologies and the Microsoft development stack, his expertise spans cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud), data engineering, and large-scale software architecture. He is skilled in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance, GDPR, CRM systems, and delivering data transformation and analytics solutions at scale.

Dallimore to Strengthen Security Posture

Steven Dallimore has been promoted from his role as Project Delivery Manager, which he held since December 2023. In his new position, he will lead Tracker's information security strategy, compliance programs, and risk management framework, ensuring the platform meets the highest standards for data protection and regulatory compliance.

With extensive experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management across technology and financial services sectors, Dallimore has held leadership positions including Chief Information Officer and IT Risk & Security Manager. He has also worked as a cybersecurity consultant, helping organizations build robust security programs and create information security management systems aligned with industry best practices. His expertise includes ISO 27001, GDPR, business continuity planning, and regulatory compliance.
