CBIZ Appoints Six National Industry Leaders to Ensure Delivery of Tailored Expertise to Clients

(NYSE: CBZ), a leading national professional services advisor, today announced the appointment of six new national industry leaders, marking a significant milestone in the ongoing integration of Marcum, which became part of CBIZ in November 2024. Michael Brooder – Technology & Life Sciences

Michael Brooder is a Managing Director in Hartford, Conn. Brooder has more than 30 years of experience reviewing and analyzing financial data for privately held and publicly traded companies in the technology and life sciences industry. He works with clients throughout their lifecycle from innovative emerging growth companies to public companies with his vision focused on finding the next disruptive technology or medical advancement. He has extensive experience with reporting requirements for publicly traded companies, including registration statements and 10-Q and 10-K forms.

Doug Fahrnow – Professional Services

Doug Fahrnow, a Managing Director in Indianapolis, has extensive experience in professional services, including professional employer organizations (PEOs) and consulting firms. As a leader at CBIZ, Fahrnow understands the importance of strong communication skills, critical thinking, data analysis and succession planning. In addition to the core services he provides, Fahrnow has a strong background in business acquisitions, profitability consulting and managing financial restructuring scenarios.

Seth Goldblum – Private Equity

Based in Philadelphia, Seth Goldblum is a Senior Managing Director in CBIZ’s Private Equity Advisory practice, leading the financial and operational consulting practice. Julie Jones – Not-for-Profit & Higher Education

Julie Jones is a Managing Director in Washington, D.C.
