Infrrd Named a Leader and Star Performer in Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® for Intelligent Document Processing

Infrrd, a global pioneer in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), has been recognized as both a Leader and a Star Performer in the IDP Products PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025 report by Everest Group, following a comprehensive evaluation of 29 leading IDP vendors.

“Infrrd has significantly strengthened its position and has emerged as a Leader and a Star Performer in the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Products PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025. It has grown its client base quite rapidly and has expanded its presence in North America. Infrrd strengthened its IDP offering by upgrading NLP capabilities, expanding support for photo and visual document processing, and enhancing holistic automation through AI agents,” said Vaibhav Bansal, Vice President, Everest Group. “Clients have also expressed satisfaction with the solution’s ease of use, flexibility, and its proactive customer support.”

Everest Group periodically conducts the PEAK Matrix® Assessment to help enterprises identify the best-fit IDP technology providers for their needs, while also offering vendors a clear benchmark to measure their performance against industry peers.

The report categorizes vendors into three tiers: Aspirants, Major Contenders, and Leaders, with Leaders representing the highest level of performance and market recognition. Additionally, select vendors were named Star Performers for demonstrating significant year-over-year improvements in market impact, vision, and capabilities.

According to Everest Group, the primary qualifiers for achieving Leader status include:

  • A strong commitment to innovation, with a focus on introducing agentic AI capabilities and enhancing generative AI-driven IDP solutions through investments in LLM-powered automation and zero-shot learning.
  • Continuous investment in expanding libraries of pre-built models and out-of-the-box (OOTB) packaged solutions, particularly for industry-specific use cases and document types. Leaders are also advancing cloud-native deployments and copilot-driven automation to strengthen interoperability with enterprise systems.
  • A prioritization of security and compliance, emphasizing responsible AI governance, enhanced data protection, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • A strategic focus on customer experience through round-the-clock global support and tailored training programs to better serve and penetrate different buyer segments.

This recognition marks a major milestone for Infrrd, positioning it ahead of several prominent players in the IDP space, including Rossum, Indico Data, AWS, Nanonets, and Google. It serves as a strong validation of Infrrd’s capabilities, performance, and customer impact in the rapidly evolving intelligent automation landscape.

As organizations across industries seek smarter, faster, and more accurate ways to extract and process data, Infrrd continues to set new standards for what is possible with advanced, AI-powered IDP solutions.

"We’re honored to be recognized as both a Leader and Star Performer in the IDP space," said Amit Jnagal, CEO and Founder of Infrrd. "This recognition highlights our commitment to real innovation that delivers tangible results. At Infrrd, we’ve transformed businesses with an IDP that exceeds expectations, not just promises."
