According to the seventh-annual Modern Family Index (MFI), commissioned by Bright Horizons and conducted by Kelton Global, 50% of parents say concerns about both their children’s mental load and mental health have grown in the last year.

As COVID-19 continues to surge across the country due to the Delta variant, Bright Horizons (NYSEBFAM), which employs approximately 17,000 people in the U.S., today announced that beginning in September it will require all employees working in its child care centers across the U.S. to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Those who are not fully vaccinated will be required to undergo weekly at-home testing. These new requirements, combined with the company’s existing health and safety protocols, is another layer of protection against COVID-19 within its centers across the country.
