Aqualectra, the government-owned water and electricity utility of Curaçao, and Seven Seas Water Group (Seven Seas), a multinational provider of Water-as-a-Service® (WaaS) solutions, announced today the signing of a 20-year Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) Agreement. Under this agreement, Seven Seas will construct a new seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) plant, supplying a minimum of 25,000 cubic meters of drinking water per day. South Texas Water Authority and Seven Seas Water Group Announce the Signing of a 30-Year Water-as-a-Service® Agreement
South Texas Water Authority (STWA) and Seven Seas Water Group (Seven Seas), a multinational provider of Water-as-a-Service® solutions, are pleased to announce the signing of a long-term water supply agreement. Under this Water-as-a-Service® agreement, Seven Seas will construct a new brackish water reverse osmosis (BWRO) plant, designed to produce a minimum of 3 million gallons of drinking water per day. The water plant is scheduled to commence the delivery of fresh water in the first quarter of 2027.

WEB Aruba Signs Water-as-a-Service® BOOT Agreement with Seven Seas Water Group
Water-En Energiebedrijf Aruba (“WEB”) and Seven Seas Water Group (“SSWG”), a multinational provider of Water-as-a-Service® (WaaS®) solutions, jointly announced today the signing of a 10-year Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) Agreement. Seven Seas Water (Aruba) VBA will construct a new seawater reverse osmosis (“SWRO”) plant, contributing a total of a minimum of 16,500 cubic meters of daily drinking water per day. The new plant will be part of WEB’s long-term plan and the Water Roadmap to meet continued demand for water and will replace a temporary water production facility. SSWG was awarded the contract after a competitive tender process, which was issued in 2023. The new water plant will be located on WEB’s existing facilities and is scheduled to commence operations by mid-2026.

APUA signs agreement with Seven Seas Water Group to expand water production
The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) and Seven Seas Water Group (SSWG), a multinational provider of Water-as-a-Service® (WaaS) solutions, jointly announced today the signing of a 12-year Build-Own-Operate-Transfer agreement. Seven Seas Water Group will construct two new seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) plants, contributing a combined total of three million imperial gallons of daily drinking water production capacity to the people of Antigua. The new plants will be strategically located adjacent to the existing facilities at Ffryes Beach and Ivan Rodrigues, utilizing some of the existing infrastructure. Implementation of the new plants will occur in two phases, with Ffryes Beach expected to commence water production within seven months of signing the agreement.
