Fold Holdings, Inc. (“Fold”), a pioneering bitcoin financial services company, announced today that its common stock and warrants are expected to commence trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 19, 2025 under the ticker symbols “FLD” and “FLDDW,” respectively. As previously announced, in connection with the closing of its business combination on February 14, 2025, the company changed its name from “FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp.” to “Fold Holdings, Inc.”

FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: FLD) (“FTAC Emerald”), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that it will change its ticker symbol for its Common Stock. Beginning on December 18, 2024, FTAC Emerald’s Common Stock will begin trading under the new ticker symbol FLDD.
