At least 15 analysts, including Bernstein and JP Morgan, have cut their price targets for the athletic wear maker.

Shares of athletic apparel retailer Lululemon (NASDAQ:LULU) fell 15% in the morning session after the company reported underwhelming fourth quarter 2024 results and provided full-year revenue and EPS guidance below analysts' estimates. The Americas region showed flat comparable sales during the quarter, while international markets posted a 20% increase. 

Lululemon stock plunged after the company gave a weak outlook, citing slower consumer traffic and concern about the economy.

Raymond James said the adverse reaction of Lumen stock is due to the deal value being lower than the $6 billion to $9 billion stated by a Reuters report in December.

HealthEquity's Q4 revenue beat estimates, but EPS missed. Raymond James upgraded the stock to Strong Buy, citing long-term growth despite fraud concerns.

Shares of materials and photonics company Coherent (NYSE:COHR) jumped 12.6% in the afternoon session after Raymond James analyst Simon Leopold upgraded the stock's rating alongside Lumentum from Outperform to Strong Buy following positive updates from Nvidia's annual GPU Technology Conference and Corning's analyst day meeting. 

A Raymond James analyst upgraded Lumentum stock and Coherent on views that Nvidia's co-packaged optics technology is not a big threat.
