California Beef Council Fuels Up Back to School with Protein-Forward Recipes and Money-Saving Beef Offer
Back to school is in full swing throughout California. But as you’re ticking off items on that school supplies list, don’t forget the protein. As kids head back to the classroom, they’re also heading back to morning sports practices, after school workouts, evening competitions, and weekend tournaments. But coming up with meal ideas to keep protein and other essential nutrients in kids’ diets can feel like a never-ending chore, so the California Beef Council (CBC) partnered with Real California Milk to encourage families to “Fuel Up for Back to School,” and they’ve enlisted a few cattle ranchers and food content creators to help make menu planning easier.
